iOS and Android app development

We develop mobile applications for customer services and everyday business work. Planning starts with the tasks people need to complete on a phone: accessing an account, finding information, making a booking or working with an operational system. These tasks guide the first release and its priorities.

Choose a useful first release

We map the main user journeys and agree which functions are essential at launch. Roles, sign-in, permissions and the data displayed in the app are considered together. A focused release makes it easier to validate the workflow before adding further screens and less frequent scenarios.

Connect the app to your systems

Applications often depend on a backend, existing business data and external services. We define API access, data ownership and error states before connecting them. Notifications, file uploads, bookings or payments are included where relevant to the agreed scope, with the necessary user permissions and provider requirements.

Test real mobile conditions

Testing covers supported screen sizes, navigation, forms and important device permissions. We also review what users see when a request fails, the connection is interrupted or a session expires. Any offline requirements need an explicit plan for locally stored data and later synchronisation.

Prepare for distribution

We agree on supported platforms, device coverage and the release route, including test distribution where appropriate. Store preparation involves app information, screenshots and accurate privacy disclosures. Store review decisions remain with Apple and Google. Our Normobaria and Vectrum Space projects show different customer and operational workflows.
